My mom and I had a good experience shopping for and purchasing a walker here, and we would come back if we need a more advanced model. The staff was informative and invited us to try various models without being pushy, and they were knowledgeable about and willing to help with insurance reimbursement.
My father-n-law had a used and very old mobility scooter. After it stopped functioning, we decided to purchase him a new high-end scooter. Meeting with Ron, the owner of A & B, he asked many questions about my father-n-law, his mobility, and the exact functioning of the old scooter. To my surprise, Ron was not interested in selling us a fancy and expensive scooter but what was best and operated closely to the old scooter for the safety and comfort of my father-n-law. The scooter we purchased was a perfect fit, lower price, and saved my father-n-law much anxiousness. Ron didn't care about selling us a high price scooter but for our father's best.
