Please don't expect professional service from this shop. Brought in my pickup to have my trans diagnosed. They guessed at the issue from the 3 point line and didn't do any decent diagnostic work on it before hand. Instead of telling me they couldn't fix the problem they ran up a $1400 bill by tossing parts at it and hoping something would work. and I now get to fix the problem myself with $1400 less to do it with. I gave them 2 stars because at least their staff was polite while I was getting screwed.

Very happy with the service I recently received from Advanced Automotive. I took my Jeep there after getting a quote from the dealership that seemed really high. I felt Josh and his team were very knowledgeable, addressed my questions and concerns thoroughly and didn’t pressure me to get work done that wasn’t needed. I received such great customer service that I referred my parents, sisters, and boss to Josh for their service needs. There is no one else I would trust to work on my vehicles.
The service was professional, pleasant, timely and affordable. The technicians knew what they were doing and completed the repair expertly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their automobile to be reliable. Thank you for putting some love in my Corvette!
