This cafe is a hidden gem with food that is superb. I ordered a egg breakfast and selected the fruit side. Not only was it fresh, and varied but it was a fruit feast. The bread was delicious and the meal was filling. The chai tea was delicious and large. Great choice for a relaxing breakfast.

Happy trails doesn't do this place justice. How about this.. That was the best scone ever allowed entrance to my pie hole. I can only wait to experience the pie for real. The dude subscribes.

Great location, beautiful views, unique location within a State park with very limited parking. Very difficult to locate since GPS is unavailable. To make matters worse, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Made Mothers Day reservations and looked forward to regular brunch menu posted on website which looked delicious. Arrived to a bait and switch brunch only buffet at $40 a person, no Ala Carte menu. Food in chaffing dishes, but warn at best. Potatoes cold, biscuits with gravy that split, eggs Benedict with overcooked eggs and fatty ham, sausage was lukewarm, bacon was yummy but cold. Pastries, scones, cookies and deserts were yummy. Staff was nice, helpful and accommodating for situation. I could hear other tables complain to each other about cold food and price. Great potential here, but a COMPLETE FAIL HERE.

Great spot for breakfast on weekends if you have a state park pass or are happy to pay day use fee ($10). Waited 30 minutes or so for a party of six. Lots of trails around to keep busy during wait. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Be aware- wasps are outside if you are sat on the deck. Friendly service. Standard pricing and breakfast fare.

So much good food! We had a group of 10 and everyone's fish was outstanding. The bacon is delicious, the biscuits and gravy was rich and yummy and the eggs Benedict was on homemade English muffins with thick pieces of ham. Great view and great service!
