Great trails to walk and run!!
A beautiful natural setting can make you feel that you are deep in the forest even though the pathways lead you in and out in a easy way even for a city dweller. You can traverse from say the eastern entrance to the western end at a casual pace in 45 minutes, or you can take some of the denser trails along the northern end. Bring your dog, but be sure to have a leash.
Not really well maintained but the area has an easy ascent great for trail running. Not so many mosquitoes even though the place is damp.
