The entire staff is so helpful. From the front office, the MA’s and Dr Cooper. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Cooper. He is incredibly smart and caring with his patients. He genuinely listens to concerns and has a conversation about them with you. Keep up the good work :)
I had a positive experience at my first visit to this office. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Cooper was attentive, knowledgeable and presented options. I could not be more pleased with my visit and I highly recommend Dr. Cooper to anybody looking for a new doctor.
Received Washington state health care and was instructed from the states website this facility would accept care. Went into their office today at 10:30am, provided the policy number (via a piece of mail from Washington state health insurance since we haven't received an official card yet), but they informed us because we didn't actually have the health card, they couldn't look up our policy information, and because the doctor was in meetings all morning they couldn't guarantee we would get confirmation on a walk-in evaluation by 5pm close of business. We have lost confidence if this establishment due to the complications in checking simple policy verification for Washington State medical insurance.
I see the doctor here and get back massages also I really liked both the doctor and the massage guy convenient as I live in Lost Lake
It's very nice to have a doctor so close.. and even better to have a great one. Dr. Cooper made me feel comfortable right away and takes the time to listen.. ask questions.. and get to know you. Excellent care and advice..
