The owner came out personally and gave our project a very thoughtful assessment and did not end up up-selling us with anything we didn't need. We ended up being very happy with our new furnace and the service all around was really painless. Don't hesitate to do business with this company.

This is one of the best decisions ever for my home. My "mini split" has made my home so much more comfortable and draws far less power than my old system. Rusty and his crew are top notch and enjoyable. The work was quick, on time and looks great! And Yes, the system is quiet, inside and out. Love it!
Our furnace went out a few days before we were heading out of town for a week. This was during freezing temps and around Christmas!!! We were panicking and thought we’d have to cancel our trip to prevent pipes from freezing. The first day we called Cool Heat, a tech came out that evening to troubleshoot and found a part that shorted. He brought a replacement part the next day but unfortunately did not work. Our furnace was over 15 years old so it was time for a new one. Rusty came that evening and went through our options. He didn’t charge us for any of the prior service since we had to end up getting a new furnace anyway. He didn’t pressure us to buy anything and was able to text/email quotes right on the spot. His prices were also WAY LESS than what was quoted by another company… We picked a furnace and he was able to install it a couple days later, right before Christmas and we were able to leave as planned!!! Communication and service was really great. There was a small issue with the new install and they came and fixed the morning after I called them. These are good guys and we’d totally work with them again.
Excellent technicians! The guys that set my unit up were very professional and friendly. Our house didn’t have power at the time of install so they offered to come back and test the unit after our house rewire was complete (big reno, long story). Anyway I called when I was ready to have the unit tested which was about 2 months after the unit was installed and a technician came same day to test everything, no problem. Would highly recommend this company!
