DaprDan was easy to work with from start to finish. They customized the services needed at our facility, brought to our attention other items that needed fixing, and accommodated the ongoing activities at church facility that day. They made a couple of minor repairs as well to a chimney cap and a gutter at no additional charge. They also cleaned up the area around the building after cleaning the gutters and roof. I highly recommend them. We will be using their services for more routine maintenance. Plus they made a follow up visit a couple of weeks later to check and make sure everything was good.
They were wonderfully communicative, professional and clear prior to my service. On the day of my scheduled service, Cristian and Ethan were promptly on time, and did an absolutly awesome job on my large and challenging glass roof and skylight cleaning. They were so polite, professional, prepared, knowledgeable, extremely thorough and highly capable. They had all the equipment and product needed. They kept me posted before and after the job, even taking photos and advising me on what they recommended going forward. They moved things as needed, and put them all back in place when done. Best job by far that I have had done on this big glass roof over my deck. I called their company office after they left, complimenting their terrific work, and based on this excellent experience, I requested bids for 2 or 3 more home maintenance services. I utilized DaprDan services to put permanent lighting on my home. It really turned out nice and they really met all my expectations! My installer was Jared and he was so nice to work with. He explained everything to me about what Wa going to happen and at the end of a very long day for him he was truly patient with me as we we walked through the app process! I’m definitely going to utilize their services again and will recommend them to my friends and family!
Absolutely the kindest, most professional service I've ever experienced. We had an emergency cleaning situation and they not only made time in their super-busy schedule to help us out, but they also did an excellent job. This was the first year we used DAPrDAN to install Christmas lights on our property. We were very satisfied with the crew that came out to do the job and were pleased with the total "look" when it was done. Since I had done it myself for the last forty years, I was concerned that it might not be as good. Not a problem, the lights looked great, and we are looking forward to having them come back next year.
