Went here and they said my girlfriend couldn’t go blonde cause her hair is too dead and it would take years it’s too dark, sounds like you just didn’t wanna do her hair over high school drama, I got exactly what I wanted, so please don’t take down my review I’ll just post it again, if I could give no stars I would, cause you’re a bunch of liars and un professional brats, went to Arlington and got great results somewhere else Before on the right and after on the left from somewhere else lol
Katie Cleary does my hair here and she is the best. Usually I get a balayage and sometimes a cut. I highly recommend her!
Very disappointed. After initial contact through a call and then subsequent walk-in was told would need to wait 3 to 4 weeks before they could make my appointment. I was willing to wait and actually excited that I may have found a place to come and get my hair done since I'm new to the area. Once my appointment came due, it turns out the receptionist made it for only a bang trim which I needed it all done especially after 3 or 4 weeks of waiting when I showed up and they put me down for just the bangs I said that I would rather get an appointment for my entire haircut they said they could fit me on Friday but I was not available so they would fit me in on Monday. I sure up today and they say it was actually next Monday. I'm sure it's nothing personal but it kind of feels like it.
My stylist Heather is amazing..Annie at the front desk deserves honorable mention for customer service, salon atmosphere is vibrant and positive.
