Did not have enough of my medication in hand. Prescription was sent to them at 7 a.m. in a Friday. They never called to tell me. I only discovered this upon heading over to pick it up. Come Monday I called and left a msg for a call back to let me know what the status was. Nobody returned my call. Come Tuesday, I had to call until I caught someone live to ascertain if it was ready. This was a medicine that I was out of and which cannot be a hard stop, which the pharmacist knew, yet not only was there no sense of urgency to get it filled for me there was zero customer service.

Very poor customer service. I needed covid tests and I needed my insurance to pay for them. The young man said that he would have to run it as a prescription and that it would take 20 mins. And then he said we close in 20 mins. (The time stamp on my reciept indicated 21 mins till closing but hey who counting?). I asked "so what are you saying?" He said that he wouldn't do it(paraphrase). I get it that he was at the end of his work day but what a poor excuse. I've had other poor customer sevice expiriences there before and didn't say anything. From the looks of the other comments, this is the norm. I've been a customer here for over 17 years. Very disappointed.

Such a wonderful staff and the guy over pharmacy went the extra mile and help me look for the vaccine I needed because they were out of it .

I have never witnessed a group of people who hate their jobs more. The pharmacist will refuse your prescription if he disagrees with the diagnosis. Yeah let that sink in. Inappropriate. Antibiotics. Birth control. Supplements. If he doesn’t think you need it, you’re not getting it. It’s just weird I don’t remember making him my PCP.

Tired to tell the young man in the pharmacy that their website shows two different open and closed times for the pharmacy. He was cordial, said he would tell his manager, but you know it will never go any further then that.
Crummy hours form 9-7.
