Jeanann did an amazing job on my 14 year old sons hair. We actually found her on Facebook looking for salon and stylist recommendations. It was well worth the drive from Bellingham. He is very happy with his shaggy cut which speaks a thousand words about her work because he is so picky! It feathers and flips just like it should. We will definitely be booking with her again next time he needs a cut, and I might even have to book one for myself! Thank you Jeanann!!!
This place used to be my favorite walk in salon, Gary was amazing and just had an impeccable eye for detail catered to each client. The last few years after he left I noticed customer service took a nosedive and have had a few bad experiences with a gal with a horrible attitude over the phone and in person. Good luck and all the best, but I don't recommend this place in its current state.
Came in for my appointment yesterday gave them my name and waited for about 15 min. Lady had me get in the chair before she realized I was the wrong person and my appointment had been cancelled. I never got a call, checked in and waited. Place has really gone down hill over the past few years. Used to be an alright place for a haircut. *You can really tell they take the reviews seriously. That's why they copy and paste the same response to every review.
My mother made an appointment for last month on a Sunday. When she arrived at the salon, the doors were closed and locked. No call about the cancellation, no sign on the door explaining the situation, nothing. It was the day before she went to Vegas so sadly she had no time to get another appointment somewhere else, and it was extremely disappointing to have her be insecure about her hair the whole trip. After Anna left, there’s absolutely no reason to come back here anymore. I’ll be waiting for them to close permanently with how awful the service has been recently.
First time customer, trying to get a haircut for my son. Google advertising says they close at 7pm. The door sign says closing at 6pm. It was 5:20pm, my son opened the door and it was already locked. A lady was sitting right at the desk and shook her head no closed. No customer within sight, still had 40 mins before closing and we were denied of service.Bad service and will not ever go to this place again. Not recommended.
