Brought a hat and jacket to get heat pressed for my work uniform. It's pretty expensive compared to Galls, but Galls doesn't have as good of a selection for women in law enforcement compared to their men's selection, so I'm used to buying my own stuff. Anyway, I picked up my order after a long day of work, so I didn't immediately notice that my jacket didn't match the proof that I approved. Attempted to contact the store about this to see what could be done to correct it and, a few weeks later, still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm sorry, but that's just not professional. I spent $70 of my own money here to have more comfortable uniform items that I can't wear because they fail to meet my department's policy. The $300 jacket that I purchased with my own money is now useless. I love supporting local businesses, but I can't support this one.

I’ve been tying to get an order finalized with them for over 3 months. They do not reply to emails and there is zero communication. Now having to find another vendor and my shirts are 3+ months behind schedule. It was a waste of time… I would recommend “SignMart & Custom Embroidery” in Mount Vernon.

Recently had Hats Off make me some custom vinyl stickers to go on a guitar that I am building. They came out great. Customer service was great, price was right. Very happy and will not hesitate to use them again.

I have purchased many items from this store over the last year since we moved to Stanwood. The customer service I have received is top-notch. The manager, Lindsay, went above-and-beyond for me in December. The sweatshirt I ordered wouldn't make it in time to give my husband for Christmas, so she embroidered a smaller size she had in stock and allowed me to give that as his gift. Once my size arrived, she alerted me via text to come in and swap it out. This allowed me to have a wrapped present to give for Christmas. It was so thoughtful!!!! Everything we have purchased - many sweatshirts, jackets, sports bags, car decals, etc.- have been excellent quality. We love doing business with a company who values their customers and goes the extra mile. We will continue to purchase all our Spartan gear from Lindsay and her store.

I never write reviews but this place was horrible!! It took 10 minutes before they even noticed I was standing at the counter and then when I tried to get pricing she said there was no way to do it without me going home and putting files together for her. I gave her a picture of my logo asked her if she can scan it and she said she could but didn't want to spend the time.. so I said are you trying to sell shirts or do I need to go somewhere else? Sticking to online direct to garment companies I guess...
