This is a wonderful salon that is full of talent. Rachel is my stylist, and she is the best I've seen since moving to Stanwood. Rachel took the time to listen to me and really get to know my hair. The salon is clean and everyone is so friendly. They are always fully booked, so keep that in mind when making your appointment.
I went in to get my hair colored with Holly McCune and the first visit it looked good. I paid $285 for the service. Holly stated she wanted to touch up the top for a spot she didn't like. I came back a day later for a routine toner and she used a product she never used before. The color of the toner was orange/brassy and I asked her about it as my normal toner was beige. She said don't worry it will not be this color. I also didn't understand why she needed to touch the ends as they were just fine. Well, turns out it did turn my hair completely brassy in several spots, which looks horrible. When I asked her about the brassy spots she told me she had never worked with that product and didn't know my hair. I asked her if she could correct it and she told me that she has to pay for the product and offered to discount a service at my next visit. I told her I couldn't leave it this way and she replied, I understand if you want someone else to fix it and to give it a couple of days. I emailed her after I had time to see it in different lighting and asked her for a refund. She replied due to her product cost and time she would not offer any refunds. I feel she is very unprofessional and didn't care at all that my hair was fine the first visit and she completely damaged and turned my hair orange brass due to her using a product unfamiliar to her and didn't just correct the top. I would never recommend this salon as I understand there have been others who had the same experience as I did.

I will never go to anyone else ever again! Rachel is amazing. Even when I come to her with a very vague idea of what I want she makes it look 10 times better than what I had pictured.
The team at Identity literally SAVED me! I had a totally botched hair coloring done in Seattle and Rachel got me in the next day. Not only did they fix my hair, but Rachel gave me the best color I have ever had in my life. They were all so friendly and professional. Rachel is a true colorist and the best of the best. A huge thanks to the team at Identity for taking such good care of me at a price that didn't break the bank!
