Helpful staff, great price on rental aerator and thatcher, equipment was reliable and did not break down during the job, I will go back again to see them.
Rented this Kubota. It arrived two hours late. The tire popped in the first hour of use. The rental worker Chris was nice and prompt to come replace it but it took half my workday to get it up and running again. They picked it up first thing in the morning without my permission. Later that day when I returned the trailer I also rented they charged me 200 for the tire parts and another 200 for the labor to come out and fix it. On top of that they charged me for an additional 7 hours even though Chris told me I could have it for another day due to the tire issue. When I tried to negotiate these fees I was yelled at and had to argue with the manager who told me they weren’t a family business anymore and that the charges had to stick. Only after pleading to the owner Terry was I able to negotiate 220 off of the nearly 550 in overages they were trying to charge me. I’ll never go there again and recommend you rent somewhere else.
Very good customer service and nice people working there. There is a new owner but it still feels like the same old Hamilton Lumber. I will definitely continue shopping local and can’t wait to see what I rent in the summer for my home. Thank you Hamilton Lumber for the amazing experience! You rock!
Rented an excavator for 3 days and it was a very smooth experience and great customer service! Was able to meet the new owner, very nice guy and helped me out with my questions about the machine
Best place to go in a pinch! Forget the big box stores, Hamilton lumber is amazing for this girl and her projects around her house…. Always very helpful and answers all questions with patience…. Hamilton is my lumber yard of choice for this DIY girl!!!!
