I’m typically not one to leave a bad review, but something at this location just really got to me. Since WHEN does Jack in the box charge customers for a SINGLE sauce with their meal?!! I ordered a meal, with large fries and chicken nuggets and when I asked for sauce they told me it would cost me extra and only ketchup was available for free. Are you kidding?!!! I didn’t mention the fact that I wasn’t even given the right size meal to the employee, at this point. Apparently you can’t even get some sauce with your fries anymore and I find that to be very wrong. You could at least provide your paying customers with one sauce for their meal. Being busy in the drive thru is not an excuse to stop accommodating customers. I normally come to this location often but I definitely will not be returning after todays visit.
The hours are inconsistent (at best). I've gone multiple times well before the posted closing time and it's either been shut down for the night, or they're only letting grubhub orders through and they won't accept a drive through order. Won't be wasting my time or money there anymore
Every single time I go there to get food they mess up my order. I will not spend my money there anymore. Got the rom burger and the chicken strips Weren't cook all the way through. It really sucks that prices are really high now. You go there to get three different meals and you spend 43 dollars. Not to get what you ordered.
I think the food here is good and the staff seem to be friendly. the only couple of complaints I have would be their advertized hours of operation and the drive through wait times are horrible...when you order through the drive through make sure your not in a hurry. I don't know what their hours of operation are because there have been several times I've tried to get some food here and they were closed during their advertised hours of operation.
The drive thru staff was nice but the chicken sandwich and taco was terrible, and the fries were okay though could have been hotter. If I had more time, I would have waited in line at the drive thru again to ask for a refund.
