Josephine Caring Community is exactly what the name states; Caring. Both the clinical and support staff are amazing people who work tirelessly to provide care for people who have found themselves needing 24 hour care either temporarily or for a longer period of time. Everyone is treated with respect and all are welcome. The facility is safe, clean, and has a homey feeling.
This place gave my mom the wrong medicine for 2 weeks and I caught her overdose and called 911 and saved her life. I will never take her here again. Very bad place to go. Avoid this place at all costs! They also stole our furniture and purse and cell phone. Total loss of personal items costed us 6000$ Thieves!!
Alicia in rehab is so mean. She called me a f&%$ing bi$@h when I called to ask for my mom on attempt 5. My 3 year old daughter heard and asked what that was. Now she won't face me and talk to me when I want to ask her why she talks that way at work and why she called me that. Im.just a concerned daughter. My mom has a uti and they won't help her in there. Noone will answer there phone ever. And managment won't call me back. My mom's room has ants all over it. They haven't brought her water in 4 days. And it took the nurse 37 minutes to answer her room call button for help to the bathroom. Very bad place don't trust this organization. I'm calling my lawyer.
This place overdosed my mom on the wrong medicine and almost killed her. So not trust this place with your loved ones. They also stole furniture we bought for my mom, her purse and I phone . Thievery.
We've had our share of experiences with daycares over the years. So when I say this is the best experience I've ever had with a provider, I say it with confidence. Every single member of the staff at Josie's Learning Center is just amazing. They've been a pleasure to work with over the last year. When my daughter started, she had some behavior problems to work through and they've stayed patient and provided her with tools she needs to be successful. I've seen such a massive, positive change in my child and it blows me away and I know the staff here played a huge roll in that.
