A big selection & really good burger. Beer on tap, sandwiches & salads... Nothing fancy but tastes great.
Love the staff, and the food is good. Coffee always fresh and hot, breakfasts are all good, including the biscuits and gravy. Typical lunch items that are made fresh and the new fish and chips are great. Love that there is something close to the south end of the island. I'm hoping they bring back the summer music nights, such a great time.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. The place oozes with the nostalgia of a local restaurant. The clientele range from young to old among the mask-covered faces. The service was incredibly friendly. Even though it was my first time through, I felt instantly comfortable. The menu is exactly what you'd want from a place like this. We got the cheeseburger and the BLT with a side of fries. Everything was delicious. The BLT was especially well balanced in flavors, textures, and ingredients. I also had the option of sourdough bread which was a major plus. The tables were equipped with the classic red and yellow bottles of ketchup and mustard. Overall, a wonderful place! I will definitely be back!
It's a nice store with lots of selection, the restaurant is very good also with lots of selection Burgers Pizza and a Skippers menu besides. Quick friendly service. I got the fish and chips which is always a little risky but the fish and chips were excellent here.
Honestly, we come here often for a meal when we don't feel like cooking, then we regret it 99% of the time. Order is always wrong or missing something when we get back home. It's sub par, but will do if you're desperate. The service is super nice, but the cooks somehow often mess up the order. Don't know where the breakdown is.
