This park is in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We were disappointed in the amount of full-time residents, who were less than 'tidy'...
It really took away from the beauty of the area - especially as, for some weird reason, the full-timers seemed to have the 'prime' waterfront locations....
The best feature of the park, and it looked like a dump with so much trash around the rigs and old rigs and vehicles...
It seemed most of the nice, Newer rigs were put off to one side, and not on the water...disappointing...

Stay away from this Park...numerous problems...Went by in early May & was told by a very friendly lady at front desk, Ann to return in June & there would be RV places opening up. She chatted me up for 15 minutes like I was an old friend & encouraged me to drive around & view some spaces near the water that would soon be coming available. When I pulled in June 1, it was a totally different experience....new Asian owners (who as per Asian owner...they have no idea what they are doing with RV park) He deferred to Ann who he said ran the RV park. It was her day off...no assistant manager. It was obvious the place was in total disarray, while I sat there, many people were leaving & vacating their spots. I spoke to one of the vacating Tenants who was very nice & he told me they had multiple problems pointing to a flagged off sewage drainage field that was a problem & 'not up to code'. So Ann was the boss but... she was off for the day. A 'sometime maintenance' guy named Justin saw me sitting there for about an hour & offered to knock on Ann's RV door. I told him I understood it was her day off & I did not want to bother her but he went over & knocked anyway. As you can imagine...she woke up cranky & it went downhill from there. She said, 'I saw you talking to that tenant'... like I was a BAD DOG, big mistake.. Then was dismissed with, 'NO VACANCY' even though there was a mass exodus going on & there were lots of spaces opening up... It was a Twilight Zone EXPERIENCE.

Please don't go by the negative reviews you see on here about this resort. We stayed there for five days and it was just wonderful. Lots of permanent residents but Good Sam got this one right. Very nice place to stay for short stays or longer. Can't tell you about restrooms, or laundry for we didn't use them. But by the looks of them I would say very nice. Very quiet residents respectful to us , lots of bunnies to keep you entertained. Very nice place.

If you go before afternoon, you will get great parking spot, and the lake is still warm like bath water! Perfect spot to take your family , even little ones ! Going back tomorrow! ( And they also have a variety of sizes in life jackets you can borrow for free)

Do NOT camp here! What a horrible experience, we planned on staying for Labor Day weekend we stayed one night packed up in morning and left. These people live at this campground. poor planning for retirement! people talking so loud until 4:30 am lighting off artillery shells or half sticks of dynamite every hour. just nasty all the trailers are filthy old models at least the majority of parks in Washington that you are going to live at require you to have newer models, honestly that's not the point just take some pride in what you own, I feel bad, the lady who worked at the desk was so sweet, but everything else was horrible!
