My husband and I had our wills done here and it was a positive experience. We felt very well informed on how wills and all the accompanying documents work. The documents were done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The price was reasonable and in line with other places we contacted.
Great local attorney office. Used recently for several different items - they do great work if you need help to set up an LLC, Estate Planning and more.
Based on a recommendation, I called this office interview the senior partner to see if he would be a good estate and family attorney. Boy, was that a mistake. 1. Cole would not stop talking and listen, which made me immediately NOT select him. 2. I was clear this was an "interview" call, not an advisory call. 3. They never sent me a bill, (you don't charge for sales calls) but 2 years later I get a collections call for $100 PLUS INTEREST. What? 4. No problem, I call the office and speak to the most rude accounting manager I have ever met (and I'm a CPA). She says she won't reverse the charge in spite of the fact this wasn't a legal discussion but an interview. Bottom Line: This firm is out of date (you'll be paying for an old guy to talk at you), the other partner who is now an elected official won't get back to you, and the business practices are all a scam. I never write reviews, but you need to avoid this firm. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
Very disappointed in how Greg Gilday treated me during a difficult time. My mother and I met with him years ago and set up her will. She designated me as POA and Executor. Upon being placed on hospice I had to call three times only to be told by him he wouldn’t even look at her will. Attorney client privilege he says. I was advised by her financial planners to seek estate planning. This firm was absolutely no help and boarded on unprofessional and rude.
