I just purchased the 2000 Audi TT coupe and while mostly everything is fine there were just a couple things that I needed the check engine light had come on a week after I purchased it and I also need a recharge on my freon and headlights but I took it in and one of the sales associates Jake was completely awesome very knowledgeable could recommend shops to get the parts put in he also took his time and made sure that I had all of my questions answered with accurate information and he was very polite and courteous and professional I was so happy I will always come back here for all my car needs unless I have to take it to a shop to get work done so I definitely will recommend this place to everybody I know and in my opinion Jake should get a raise hahaha.
AutoZone made me pay for an item to order to the store (new policy at the inconvenience of the customer only) that they then said they could not get, wasting my time and fuel costs with no courtesy to call and inform me, because they don't waste time checking on customers orders. Called these guys and they said no problem, it'll be here at 4 today, and pay when you pick up...when we actually have the item here for you. Go figure, actual customer service. I'll stick with these guys. Thank you!
This happened a while ago, but revisiting this place recently reminded me why I stay out of this town as much as I can. I was a technician at a Honda dealership and wore my hoodie with the Honda logo when I came in. Was standing in line ready to check out and big country at the counter looked over my shoulder to the old man behind me and called him forward to be rung up first. Once I made my purchase and was almost out the door, the lark called out to me ‘you should burn that hoodie’ and made me feel extremely weird. It’s weird enough being a feminine presenting woman and coming to these places, I won’t be back here again.
Came in for oil with squeaky shoes on. Staff comments made me giggle. Super fun staff. Felt comfortable stopping in. Always helpful.
Your staff is always ni and helpful, but please correct your website, it says u close at 9 and getting to the store almost at 8 found it closed :(
