Quick and fast. I couldn't believe how fast it was in there. Being from Texas and dealing with their health system, I was amazed at how quickly everything went at Skagit. Not a lot of people in the waiting room. I was called in right away. They took my vitals and had me wait for the Doc. It wasn't long before she came in. I had a very cordial visit for a first timer. And I was out and done in no time. I am looking forward to my next appointment for a change.
Dr. Pea was kind and considerate during my visit. She had appropriate treatment - ordering an x-ray before seeing me upon which to make medical decision. She gave me accurate information upon which to make a good medical decision. She also gave me information on next steps and additional lab tests to follow-up on my condition. Highly recommend her.
Clinic staff is friendly and prompt. Angela has provided me with the most thorough care I have ever experienced from any primary care provider. She is warm, concerned, supportive, and professional. I drive quite a ways to remain her patient.
Lovely facilities and very clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Xray technician was kind, gently and so pleasant. Barely a wait to see Dr. Hall, who delivered excellent and helpful information about my injury and post injury care. Best news...no surgery. You all are great.
Skagit Regional Clinic Stanwood has improved greatly in the last few years. My previous experiences beginning 2020 were not so great, patient advocacy dept was no help. Very condescending experience all around, back then. Since switching to Zack Hansen, PA, I'm always satisfied with the service from check in to check out. I feel heard, am never rushed through an appt. He explains everything wonderfully, let's me choose how to proceed when decisions need to be made (previously I was told what to do, or switch Drs) Now, when I leave I know exactly how and when to follow up. Lab and X-ray on site makes visits easy. Would highly recommend Zack Hansen!
