My visit was good, a 10. Every detail was thoroughly explained and great patience shown by Sabrina all throughout my appointment. Also Tonia MacPhail checked in to ensure results and the order process. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional as was Sabrina. I highly recommend them.
Tonia is great!! She put me at ease and made this a pleasant experience. She’s knowledgeable and applies real life situations to determine what’s needed. She also has a member of your household to accompany you to the appointment so they can participate. After all they are on this journey with you.

This place is always warm and accommodating. Twice now, I’ve had to go to Tonia to fix one of my hearing aids, (getting kinda old) bought from a different company & different area. She has so pleasantly fixed them on the spot!. She never charged me anything for the first fix and very little for my hearing CRISIS the 2nd time. She has fit me in yet again today when I was quite concerned about my insurance running out! Thank you to the entire staff!! You folks are the BESt!!
