A very modern feeling experience for a small town. Employees were nice and good was as to be expected. No major complaints
Went through the drive-thru. Last was very friendly. Didn't have many ingredients. I had to choose my 5th choice in drinks. It was a STARBUCKS. Not much to say.
Waited over 20 minutes to get my drink. Even though there seemed to be enough staff for the amount of traffic both inside and through the drive through. I let the manager know- because if you don't know about a problem you can't fix it, but she didn't care and brushed me off. I've had many experiences like this at this particular Starbucks, but now I've finally learned my lesson and won't be back.
Food and coffee were really good, good job
So disappointed with this place honestly. I don’t understand how Starbucks is going to up charge me $1.25 for extra vanilla sweet foam and ¢60 for extra caramel drizzle just for me to get there and have it only a little bit of foam and then have Carmel only on the top of the foam. I’m paying for extra stuff in my coffee so I expect extra foam and Carmel, it shouldn’t be that hard to add the stuff in my coffee especially when I paid extra for it.
