I went in for a hair cut with bryanne and was talked into a hair gloss. I told her I have never colored my hair And I don’t want to change the color- I had my hair color stripped out somehow during this “gloss” and was left with a strange red color, I ended up being told she didn’t know what she put in my hair or why this happened. She stripped my hair hoping it would go back and I had an awful ginger color only at my roots and turned my natural chocolate brown hair, a reddish color. I told her I wasn’t happy And she told me she would style it and I went home like that. I came back and told her I needed to know what she’s put in my hair so I can go get it fixed, she begged me to let her cut it and refused to give me a refund but instead gave me a free haircut card. She cried when I told her how unhappy I was and was VERY unprofessional. I’m still dealing with her mess ups in my hair weeks later and hundreds of dollars after. DONT TAKE THE CHANCE! -Christina
Awesome place where you will be treated like royalty......very special place...Bryanne was sooooo knowledgeable, pstient and very helpful in deciding new hairstyle and great color combination......then you are treated to a variety of things to drink as you are being pampered in the chair. Then, this cozy, warm and welcoming house is also filled with BEAUTIFUL variety of hand made goods like scarves, handmade soapstone carvings, handmade jewelry of all types, hand woven items and sooooo much more..and all sales from these items go directly to aid children and parents in Africa, so you are helping missions around the world!!!!! Soooooo a place you need to see in person......to relax and "shop", get your nails done and choose from very talented hair stylists....great place!!!!!!
Great service, very skilled with color and cutting curley hair. Kelsey is warm, friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor!
Wouldn’t even give 1 star! Worst experience ever. Four hours in the chair trying to correct original mistakes. Not only was Hair over processed, the current cut I had that I requested be barely trimmed was obliterated. Was desperate one time and had my haircut at Walmart and they did a better job. My normal stylist was appalled and only seen pictures. Now I am stuck with Not only a frizzy overprocessed color, a terrible cut to boot. The cut is so choppy it looks as though a 5 year old was playing with scissors. I was requested to call back the next day to see if things were better after I went home and styles on my own only to have my call ignored. Wow! Hard mistake to learn!
