This store is always out of bread! How in the heck does this happen on the regular at a sandwich place? Do you not know when to make new? Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches at approx. 5:30 pm and I was told they wouldn't be ready until 7:30 pm ( yes 2 hours later!) b/c they ran out of bread. I had to decide on waiting and was told to call them back, but guess, what ...when I tried to call the store, the voicemail was full and the phone didn't even ring! WTH? This voicemail was also full over a year ago when I tried to call back after getting the wrong sandwich. When asked about this at the store, they told me they don't know how to clear the voicemail. I mean at this point, it's either pure incompetence or just a complete lack of care for the customer experience or maybe both. Regarding the constant being out of bread, (again a joke for a sandwich place) I provided this feedback to the manager within the last two weeks and she just wanted to offer free coupons and apparently do nothing to address it because here we are again. When I picked up the sandwiches last night, there wasn't even an apology. I'll be avoiding this Subway for a while because they don't care about their customer's experiences, which is disappointing because we love Subway so much and have never had this issue anywhere else. .. hopefully one day they'll get it.
The creature behind the counter told my wife she can't wait in the lobby after she bought our lunch there (while it's starting to snow) imagine that... it's literally 10 minutes from my place. Why couldn't she wait there dude. Swallow a 12 inch sub whole bro
We stopped here on our trip to Camano Island. We did not know if we would see another place to eat before we headed South. The food was good, and they had three people working at the time. I had a Southwest Chipotle steak wrap. I would eat here again.
We had almost stopped going because this Subway was never run by qualified people. Tryed again tonight and was amazed at the awesome staff! The young man was super fast and nice, gal was also a pleasure!! Will 100% add this back to our regular take home options!! Thanks!
Older female employee was proudly claiming she hadn’t been vaccinated against Covid 19 and said “she wouldn’t be a guinea pig” and that “bill gates was trying to change people’s dna with microchips in their arm.” not going to continue patronizing this establishment if this is permitted behavior. Wacky stuff
