The meatballs several years ago were so much better. The meatballs now are meat-mushballs and I will never be back! So sad that I ordered a footlong, what a waste of money, I was so excited too 😞.

Arrive around 5:40pm, app shows our order is ready, but the door is locked. Call the store phone number since we see someone is inside. He claims to have never seen the order and cannot access any of the orders since they’ve closed their system out and does not know who we need to contact for a refund. They decided to close the store early, but never updated the app to prevent orders being placed. Wasted an hour out of my day to pickup and order that showed it was ready and had to speak to someone who didn’t have answers to anything other than point out that there’s a sign on the window they were closing early. Unfortunately the app can’t see your sign Mr. Genius.
Trying to call Subway’s corporate customer service has proven to be as equally worthless. Please consider proper training for your employees.

I came here with my daughter. Spencer was my sandwich artist. He was exactly that! I got a Steak & Cheese and my daughter got a Subway Club. We both enjoyed our meals. I was especially impressed with how Spencer made our sandwiches quickly, but they didn't look sloppy. Spencer was very friendly, and he gave me and my daughter a delicious time at his restaurant. We will be coming back even though we live closer to another subway.

I am giving the rate a 4 all because of 1 employee or I would have given it a 3. There was a long line and there was only 1 person working to do everything. He took care of everything that he could and provided great customer service. As far as the food, it was just okay. I had a tuna sub and the tuna tasted a bit off. With the cost of everything going up, the price was not worth it.
