If I could do no stars I would. The manager Cory is so rude it is unbelievable he is a manager. He shows no ability to be a decent person. The salesperson Sarah was very helpful but just unbelievable the rudeness of the "manager." I will be reporting him to corporate as well. This is the third time I have had the very unpleasant experience dealing with him. He is very untruthful, unprofessional, and has no courtesy or customer service skills. This is the first review I have done and did it in hopes that it will help people stear clear of this guy at all costs. What a jerk!
FRAUDULENT. At first they were very kind, smiley, and gave me a good time. Unfortunately, after I left they added two services & devices to my account that I didn't ask, nor signed for. To add damage to the situation, they harassed me when I went in to fix the situation, and told me that it was my fault. The manager Cody was yelling at me, and escalating the situation beyond what was even remotely reasonable. Despite this, I remained calm, and I tried to get the devices, as well as the service, removed from my account, via filing a complaint threw T-Mobile's fraud, however since this location is a third party they unfortunately couldn't do anything. If you go to this location regularly, I would HIGHLY suggest checking your account immediately after any visit.
Great to have a neighborhood T-Mobile store. Employees are very helpful and kind. Want quick and efficient service, this is the store location to visit!
Juan is the absolute best! Very friendly, very efficient and quick with service! Juan makes me glad I'm a tmobile customer!
Assistant Manager Jose Arellano was fantastic at the Stanwood Branch. Spent at least an hour getting rid of unneeded tabs. Very patient and courteous. So impressed with this young man. Stanwood T-Mobile offers GREAT service.
