Great customer service but I'm a purist so not my style. For me a perfect burrito 🌯 is homemade flavorful tortila, rice, beans, and a generous portion of tripas with a great salsa. This was a burrito full off shredded lettuce, tomato, picked peppers ... and very little protein ... salsa needed some lime, tortilla didn't have much flavor. Their prices are not updated so don't trust the web. Avg burrito, not for me, but great customer service.
My first time here and that was the best street style tacos I have ever ate. So good I had to call and say something. Should have tipped way more and their service was great
Food is always top tier and amazing flavor. Service is always on point, once they forgot an extra side but made it right as soon as I brought it up. Will always recommend and bring my family with me. 10/10
I've almost always had a good experience but after today I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I ordered a burrito gigante and while they were making it I asked what the sauce was when they said Mole I asked if there were peanuts because I am allergic and they weren't able to give me an answer because the person who makes it wasn't there. They then late assured me that there were no peanuts but we're not able to tell me what the ingredients were. I told them that I wasn't comfortable with that answer and they said that it was my fault for not asking earlier despite there being no mention of mole on the menu. I ordered a regular burrito because I wasn't comfortable with the mole and they gave me something entirely different. At this point I asked if I could please have a refund and I would just go elsewhere and they again blamed me and said they wouldn't refund me. I will never be returning to this restaurant because I take my health very seriously and I feel like they played with me and were very unprofessional by straight up saying "this is your fault".
This place is awesome and they generously support our community! I just picked up a platter of donated goodies for our Teacher Appreciation Week feast at Twin City Elementary. Great folks at this restaurant!
