Courtney does an amazing job! I love my lashes, and always get compliments on them.she is always friendly and fun to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable, welcome and always smiling:) I recommend her to anyone looking to get their lashes done.
I’ve been going to The Lash and Brow Bar for several years. Courtney is absolutely the best at her craft. She is professional, meticulous, gentle and a perfectionist! I would not trust anyone else to do my lashes or brow micro-blading and I recommend her to all my family and friends. I also have to mention that I saw a negative review on here for The Lash and Brow Bar. Interestingly she names another esthetician that doesn’t even, nor has she ever, worked for The Lash and Brow Bar.
I have been getting my lashes done for years and never felt better about them until after going to Hannah. 💕 I can’t stop looking at them. Feel great thanks to her her quality of work. She was very thorough and professional.
I had my eyebrows microbladed by Courtney and I could not be happier with the result! She was very helpful, informative and reassuring while she was explaining the procedure. She showed me how it is done and told me what she was doing before she did it. She helped me decide on a color and helped me feel more comfortable making a permanent alteration to my face. I absolutely reccomend for any lash or brow work!
If I could give Courtney at The Lash and Brow Bar zero stars, I would. I am very disappointed with the unethical experience I had. I booked a lash fill with Courtney and was unable to make the appointment due to a family emergency. This was the first time I booked with Courtney and saw that I was charged a $100.00 fee. After speaking with her explaining my situation, I rescheduled my appointment. I went in for my appointment and paid $130.00 + tip, the full price of the fill with no refund of the $100.00 fee. I politely asked her for reimbursement but was told that it was not possible. I feel completely robbed as I have been getting my lashes done now for over 7 years and have NEVER experienced someone charging $100.00 for a no show or cancelation under 48 hours policy EVEN if the original appointment was followed through. And quite frankly, I also had the intentions to rebook again. As I said, it's been many years I have been getting my lashes done so I am absolutely willing to pay more for better services as it's hard to find quality lash aestheticians. Courtney's principles clearly lack the reality of scheduling, day-to-day life obligations, and unexpected situations, with her $100.00 fee. Never have I experienced not only such an expensive fee for any given appointment cancelation but also just a very bad first impression from a business owner. Clearly, this business isn't concerned with retaining customers. It is just primarily concerned with making money. Had it been a more reasonable amount like $25 or even $50? Maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal to where I feel the need to write such a detailed review... but the moral of the story is that I know this will happen to somebody else in the future so I just want to help prevent anybody else from being robbed of their money before they book an appointment with The Lash Brow and Bar!
