i had my hair done by Ana and she did such an amazing job!! my ends were super dark as i box dyed many times, and she was honest with me and told me we might not be able to go light (which i appreciated), but she worked her magic and got me to this beautiful color!! i am so happy and feel so confident! Thank you Ana!
The salon is nice and it looks cute, but unfortunately the Brazilian I got is probably the worst one I’ve ever received. 1. The wax was to hot and burnt, I understand it needs to be warm but i have never had wax burn me before. 2. It was very fast, I'm a pretty easy client so my waxing/sugaring go at a decent pace but this was the fastest waxing I have ever had. 3. When I got home I took my pants off and my boyfriend looked at me and asked if It was normal to have a big patch of hair left. There is no mirror in the room and I wasn't able to look at the results at the salon but at the slit and above the slit there is a big patch of hair left and I mean big patch about three fingers worth. No did asked for a patch to be left and it's not something she just assumed I wanted because it's only on one side. This is very disappointing and I will be calling in the morning to cancel my next 3 services. I will not be recommending this place to any friends, family or my patients. on my way out the girl barely asked me if I had any questions, when I no I I don’t think so. Before I could even say thank you, She just walked away without so much as a have a good night thanks for coming in.
I can't gush enough about this salon!! Molly is beyond amazing, while most ladies love going platinum the summer months or just in general...I am naturaly blonde and love rich brown hair. She created this lush mushroom blonde color that just looks so natural. I cannot get enough of this color!! I actually take the time to do my medium length hair now🤩 thank you sooo much Molly!!
You are missing out if you haven't been here! It's super cute and fun inside and their facials and wax are THE BEST! I haven't had any other service other than those so far, but 10/10 recommend.
If you suffer from chronic migraines like I do you really need to see Erin at the skin care lounge! If you communicate with her while she’s massaging you about your problem areas as she finds them. She uses her amazingly unique massage techniques to help you feel a million times better! She really understands human anatomy and uses that knowledge to help you. I hands down will recommend her every time for anyone who sufferers daily with pain. She can make your quality of life better.
