    Employees are very helpful and friendly. A package was delivered very damaged, there was insurance on the package. I started the claim almost 2 weeks ago. Owner said he would call me back by the end of the day. It has been 2 weeks. I am very disappointed.

    As a new resident to the area, and as an online retailer, shipping options are an important consideration for business success. In an area with limited options, I was cautious as to where I could trust my business. I have been overwhelmingly pleased and am happy to express my thumbs up positive review. These employees have time and again gone out of their way to help me, as well as others, so our shipping experience would be complete and correct and with a smile. At times the location can be busy, but not at the fault of these hard working individuals who do their all to help each person thoroughly and quickly. To them I say Thank You for all you do and especially for continuing to help a person new to the area.

    Employees, Beth, Sarsen, and Isaiah are truly life savers, they care about their job and they care about their customers. You ever have one of those days where nothing goes right? Well I was having a week like that and this store more than saved the day!

    Employees will yell at a pregnant woman for not wearing a mask to keep good oxygen to herself and baby while standing OUTSIDE the door waiting to be assisted next. Then the female employee will physically PUSH the pregnant woman away from the door even though she was next in line. NEVER have I experienced such disgusting, rude, and discriminate behavior from another human being!! I am horrified by how someone could be so cruel to someone who cannot medically wear a mask! Horrified. Edit to answer your reply since I cannot find a way to reply otherwise: Under the mask mandate, which states, "People with a medical or mental health condition or disability that prevents them from wearing a mask" are exempt from wearing a mask indoors, I was already accommodating YOU by waiting outside. And I have heard TONS of complaints about your store. Just because you haven't heard them, doesn't mean they aren't there. Do you have security cameras? If so, watch them and you'll see the treatment I described. Secondly, I was not fully blocking the doorway. I was waiting in a visible spot to be serviced next. If someone were needing to pass through, then I would obviously let them like a decent human being would. I should not have been treated so horribly. Why your employees feel the need to NOT treat customers with extenuating circumstances with human decency is beyond me. I don't know why you feel the need to act like the government and make up your own mandate by not allowing me inside regardless. The Burlington UPS branch is much nicer and more accommodating. You really need to be more considerate of people's medical reasons and privacy and stop discriminating. I'm so shocked you feel so superior to treat a pregnant woman in this way.

    Very busy but the employees were wonderful and seemed happy. They were very efficient.
